Storage counts the files your sessions upload. Tickets, documents, artifacts and ticket history don't count toward it.
Questions
Do I need a credit card?
Not for Free: an account is all you need. Pro is paid by card through Stripe.
Will Free stay free?
Yes. Free stays available with 100 sessions a month and 500 MB of uploads for the whole organization, however many people join.
Do I need another AI subscription?
No. Fluent puts the Claude subscription you already have to work: every session is Claude Code on your computer, signed in as you, so there is no new bill to set up.
What counts as a session?
Each session counts once, when it starts, however long it runs. Free counts from the 1st of each month; Pro counts from your billing date.
What happens at a limit?
Running sessions keep going; new ones wait for the reset, or for an upgrade. At the storage limit new uploads wait until files are deleted. Nothing is deleted for you.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel. The owner pays $20 for each member each month. A new member is billed for the rest of the month when they join; a removed one comes off the next invoice. Cancel from Settings any time: Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for, and partial months are not refunded. See the Terms.
